David Lisak is a clinical psychologist who has devoted his professional life to studying the causes and consequences of interpersonal violence. His research on nonstranger rapists, and on the long term impact of childhood sexual abuse in adult men has been published in leading scientific journals.

For the past 25 years he has served as a forensic consultant, professional trainer, and public speaker across the United States. He has served on the faculty of the National Judicial Education Project and the American Prosecutors Research Institute, and has served as a consultant to judicial, prosecutor and law enforcement education programs across the country.

Anne Munch, J.D. – Former Prosecutor and Gender-Based Violence Subject Matter Expert

Anne Munch is an attorney with twenty seven years of experience as a former prosecutor and advocate for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking.  As a subject matter expert for the United States Air Force, the United States Army and the United States Navy, Anne has worked extensively on the development of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response programs in the military.

Anne Munch’s enthusiasm and passion for her work have been described as “contagious.”  She understands the complexity of crimes involving violence against women and the inherent challenges faced by victims. She is dedicated to improving our response to crimes of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking.
